Don’t believe your eyes

Upon arrival, we noticed the strong smell of cleaning solvents. Came to discover, someone had thrown up in the space bedroom, although I believe the cleaning lady did her best, we came to find out she did report it, but they still let us check in to this house, without saying a word. Nobody could sleep in there the first night, from the fumes and puke, they did send someone to clean it the next day after I complained. The game room had an x box, but controllers were broken. The basketball game was also malfunctioning, constantly talking, so had to be unplugged. Food was also in the basketball catch bin. The sectional is old and worn, cheap rug, kids table/chairs were all broken, missing screws in every chair, and were clearly not disinfected, tent poles were broken. Pool was full of leaves and drains were covered with leaves. Sinks drain slowly, light bulbs are burned out, Kitchen cupboards haven’t been cleaned for sometime as the sunshine showed the dust. Tile floors look decent, but dirty when wiped. In my opinion, very unsafe for toddlers and young children, coffee tables are glass and metal. Princess room is cute, but steps have a very high rise and short tread. I consider this a hazard for toddlers. Dining area has cheap light with terrible light bulbs which are depressingly white bright, we chose to leave off. Was not impressed. Look for Reunion properties if you want better. 5 nights for over 7,000.00 was so disappointing.

Beautiful, clean, above and beyond

Stayed here in January and this was by far the best house we have stayed in at Reunion. The house is beautifully decorated and was sparkling clean when we arrived. The kids loved their rooms and felt like princesses and super heroes :) The games room was also a big hit! The view in the back yard was stunning as we sat by and swam in the pool. The hot tub was amazing to sit in a night after a day at the waterpark:) Will definitely stay here again!! Thank you also for the quick response to any questions we had.
